Heart Strong: Blood Pressure & Beyond is a self-paced online course designed to help you manage and lower blood pressure through education on risk factors, medications, nutrition (including the DASH diet), exercise, and stress management. All content is available immediately upon enrollment.

Learning Intentions:

  • Understand blood pressure and its risk factors.

  • Learn medication use and management.

  • Explore nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction for blood pressure control.

Success Criteria:

  • Identify personal risk factors and treatment options.

  • Apply dietary, activity, and stress management strategies.
