Jennifer Anthony is a Registered dietitian Nutritionist. She offers nutrition counseling, support, and guidance to help clients establish healthier habits and make sustainable changes. Areas Jennifer can help with include insulin resistance, diabetes, cholesterol, liver disease, weight management, Intuitive and Mindful Eating, high blood pressure, gastrointestinal issues, FODMAP diet, eating healthy on a budget, shopping and meal planning, bariatric surgery, POTS, weight gain, and malnutrition. She is here to provide compassion and support, helping clients improve how they feel through nutrition and improve quality of life.
