The District hosted Screening events administered by Saint Alphonsus include the following tests.
Blood Pressure
Hemoglobin A1C and a Fasting Glucose Test
Height and Weight for a Body Mass Index
Waist measurement
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
Lipid Panel
**If school is closed, the health screening event will also be cancelled, and you will be notified via email of cancellation**
To receive biometric screening points, you may attend a health screening or complete a personal provider form and submit to Wellright. To get your provider form visit: bsdwellness.wellright.com navigate to the Measure Up challenge and click “schedule” to get to this form.
